We has strict control procedure and methods for the casting process, and utilize the international advanced software to ensure the casting quality. We introduced the advanced computational casting process analysis system-CAE/InteCAST Software. This software can analogue the streaming, heat transferring and coupling calculation of the both during the casting process. We can get the heat distribution in the streaming process from the coupling calculation, which can ensure the precision of analog calculation in casting streaming process and setting process. With this technology, we can take reasonable methods for different casting method, different alloy and quickly and precisely analyze the setting process for various casting. With the streaming and heat-transferring technology, CAE can make analysis on castingpouring system and judge the pouring performance, raise the improvements to optimize the pouring system. This software can also analyze the metal moulds; optimize the wall thickness of mould, determine the preheating temperature and estimate the degree of thermal fatigue and provide the cooling process and optimize the design of moulds. CAE software can take advantage of computer to analog the process of filling molds and setting, predict the defects including shrinkage, slag and volume gas, and raise the effective improvements to ensure the yield rate.
