Sweeping method: loosen the packing, dredge the water tank; disassemble the pump body to remove debris and rust; remove the pump shaft to correct or replace the new pump shaft.

Second, there are four reasons for the overheating of the supporting power motor.

1. The reason for the power supply: the slurry pump voltage is high or low. Under certain load, if the voltage variation scale should be +10% to -5% of the additional value, the motor will overheat;

The three-phase voltage of the power supply is asymmetrical, and the phase imbalance of the three-phase voltage of the power supply exceeds 5%, which will lead to overheating of the winding; the phase loss operation, which indicates that more than 85% of the agricultural motor is burned is due to the lack of phase operation, and the motor device is lacking. 2, is the reason for the pump: the selection of power is not matched, the small horse-drawn carriage, the motor is overloaded for a long time, so that the motor temperature is too high; the motor is too frequent, the quota is short or intermittent work, the motor works in succession. The number of launches should be limited, and the thermal maintenance should be properly selected and applied according to the calibration quota on the motor.

When the ambient temperature exceeds 35 ° C, the inlet air temperature is high, the temperature of the motor will be too high, and efforts should be made to improve the working environment. Third, the pump heat

Cause: Bearing damage; slurry pump rolling bearing or bracket cover clearance is too small; pump shaft is twisted or two shafts are not concentric; tape is too tight; oil or oil is not good; balance hole on impeller is blocked, impeller loses balance, increase Big thrust to one side.

Sweeping method: replace the bearing; remove the back cover, install a gasket between the bracket and the bearing seat; query the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; properly adjust the tightness of the tape; add clean butter, butter accounts for the bearing About 60% of the open space; remove the obstruction in the balance hole.

Fourth, the lack of pump flow

This is because: the slurry pump power speed is not matched or the belt is slipping, so the speed is low; the axial pump blade device angle is too small; the head is lacking, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline has a right angle bend; the suction stroke is high; the bottom valve The pipeline and the impeller are partially blocked or the impeller is incomplete; the water leakage of the outlet pipe is severe.

Sweeping method: Recover extra speed, remove belt grease, adjust belt tightness; adjust blade angle, reduce pump position, shorten pipeline or change duct tortuosity; seal pump leak, compact packing; remove obstruction Replace the impeller; replace the leak-reducing ring and block the leak.

Five, the pump can not suck water

The reason is that there is air in the pump body or in the inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not tightly sealed, the water pump is not full, the vacuum pump packing is severely leaked, and the gate valve or the buckle door is not tightly closed.

Sweeping method: first press the water up, then fill the pump body with water, then turn it on. Check whether the check valve is tight and the pipeline and joint are leaking. If the air leak is found, apply the lubricating oil or the blending paint to the joint after tightening, and tighten the screw. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft. If the wear is severe, replace the new one.

The pipeline is leaking or leaking. Perhaps the nut does not tighten when the device is installed. If the leakage is not severe, the cement may be changed in the place where the air leaks or leaks, or the cement slurry mixed with the asphalt oil may be applied. Temporary repairs can be applied to wet mud or soft soap.
